“Helping Individuals with Special Needs Learn & Grow”

The Durand School of Woodbury is all about success stories and a can do spirit. Serving ages 5 through 21, our philosophy focuses on empowering individuals to strive beyond disabilities and challenges to reach their utmost potential.

With a proven track record- for over 25 years- and a commitment to excellence in elementary and secondary education, we are proud to expand our services by introducing our very first pre-school classroom.

Recently approved by the New Jersey Department of Education, the program will operate with the same dedication to quality as residents of Gloucester, Burlington and Camden Counties have grown to expect from our classes and array of specialized services.

Based upon applied behavioral analysis instruction, enrollment is open to children ages 3 and 4 on the autism spectrum, pre-school disabled and those with developmental disabilities.

Our highly trained staff will work in a small classroom setting, with a concentration on verbal behavior and creative curriculum. Integrated, related services and community-based instruction will be incorporated into every child’s school routine.

By actively engaging students in the community- a unique educational component that Durand prides itself on- social and life skills will be strengthened.
